Do you have a shop front I can visit?Aspen & Fern retails online and is also available in selected shops throughout NZ and Australia. When purchasing from our online shop we will deliver any of our products right to your door using domestic couriers, or DHL express for any international orders. How long will it take to receive my item/items?This does depend on your location itself, but domestically within NZ items should arrive between 3-7 business days. Internationally can take longer. We will always package and post items within the first 24-48hrs from time of purchase, as we want you to receive and be able to enjoy your purchase as soon as possible! Where are your products made?Products are made either in India or China. When you click on the 'Product Information' section for each product, you will be able to see which country that item is made in.

Can you refund Items?Yes, we can offer a full cash refund if you are unhappy with your purchase and this will be less any delivery charges. For full terms on this please refer to the RETURNS & REFUNDS section within the Product sections of the online store. Where can I return my items too?Before you return any items please email us at hello@aspenandfern.co.nz, OR call 021 1054 696 to notify us with reason for returning the item. Please Note: No returns or refunds will be processed without an email or a call prior to posting sorry. Once an email is received/confirmed you can post to: 23 Finlayson Place, Tauranga 3112.
